Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) providing direct rehab care in speech therapy to patients in a Life Care Centers of America SNF setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, overseeing CFYs/CFY supervision for CCCs, adhering to ASHA credentialing criteria, and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Requires MS/MA in speech therapy, state licensure, ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility, CPR certification, and preferably 1 year of experience; new grads welcome. Position emphasizes patient-centered care, goal-oriented treatment plans, and participation in community/post-acute therapy programs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in speech therapy (minimum MS or MA SLP)
- ASHA certified (CCCs) OR eligible for 9 month Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State
- Active license in good standing
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation
