Job Summary
Evaluate, monitor, and track child progress to adjust treatment plans, testing abilities to determine realistic goals, and recording initial evaluations, treatment, and progress in the Electronic Medical Record system. Write detailed analysis and reports while organizing and maintaining confidential documentation. Adhere to all state laws and regulations for Early Intervention and CPSE/CSE special education. Requires current New York State License and Certification, valid driver's license, and minimum one year of early childhood experience. Required Qualifications
