Job Summary
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive speech therapy evaluations per MD orders, documenting findings accurately, creating treatment plans with goals and modalities, ensuring MD orders are obtained, and documenting patient progress and care plans. The Speech Language Pathologist will supervise junior staff, participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, and maintain compliance with facility policies and safety guidelines. Applicants must hold a master's degree in communication disorders and relevant licensure, along with successful completion of their clinical fellowship year (CFY). Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited university with an MA or M.S. in communication disorders recognized by ASHA and state board
- Holds current license and/or registration in the state (as applicable)
- Successful completion of CFY
