Job Summary
Evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their goals. Maintain CCC certification or CFY candidacy status and adhere to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations. Prioritize experience with the geriatric population and familiarity with Medicare billing regulations while demonstrating strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Active SLP license in the state of practice
- CCCs
- CFY candidate
