Job Summary
Evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their goals. Maintain compliance with the Code of Ethical Conduct and state/federal regulations. Requires an active SLP license, CCCs, and experience with the geriatric population. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Active SLP license in the state of practice
- CCCs
- CFY candidate
