Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Summary
Evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their goals. This role requires an active SLP license, CCCs (or CFY candidate status), and experience with the geriatric population. Candidates must adhere to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct and demonstrate knowledge of Medicare billing regulations. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Active SLP license in the state of practice
- CCCs
- CFY candidate
