Job Summary
Provide home-based speech therapy to patients with communication, swallowing, or cognitive difficulties. Conduct patient assessments, document progress, and ensure goals are met while assisting with exercises for fluency, articulation, and reading. Work within a multidisciplinary home health team to support the patient's plan of care and educate families on safety and self-care. Requires a Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology, an active Colorado license, and at least one year of experience. Candidates must hold CPR certification and pass background checks. Full-time roles include holiday and PTO pay, while all positions offer medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in Colorado
- Minimum of one (1) year of speech therapy experience
- CPR Certification
- Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
