Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Provide home-based speech therapy to patients with communication, swallowing, or cognitive difficulties. Conduct patient assessments, document progress, and ensure goals are met while assisting with exercises for fluency, articulation, and reading. Work within a home health team to educate patients and families on care plans, safety practices, and self-care. Requires a Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology, an active Colorado license, and one year of speech therapy experience. Candidates must hold CPR certification, pass a background check and drug test, and demonstrate knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
