Job Summary
Evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy to individuals in home settings, including single-family homes, assisted living, and memory care. Treat patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and those requiring alternative or augmentative communication. Address specific needs for stroke survivors and individuals with progressive diseases such as Parkinson's disease and dementia. This role requires a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and the ability to drive in all weather conditions. You must maintain a dependable vehicle in good working condition and wear seat belts at all times. Current licensure as an SLP in the state of employment is required. Required Qualifications
