Job Summary
Evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy to individuals in home settings, including single-family homes, assisted living, and memory care. Treat patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and those requiring alternative communication. Manage care for stroke survivors and individuals with progressive diseases such as Parkinson's disease and dementia under the care of an attending physician. Maintain valid state licensure, hold a driver's license with liability insurance, and ensure dependable transportation in all weather conditions.
