Job Summary
Evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy to individuals in home settings, including single-family homes, assisted living, and memory care. Treat patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and those requiring alternative communication. Focus on clients who have experienced strokes or progressive diseases such as Parkinson's and dementia. Maintain a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation in good working condition. Drive safely in all weather conditions while wearing seat belts at all times. Currently licensed as an SLP in the state of employment.
Required Qualifications
