Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Health - Full Time

Job Summary
Evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy to individuals in home settings, including single-family homes, assisted living, and memory care. Assess patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and those requiring alternative communication. Treat clients who have experienced strokes or progressive diseases such as Parkinson's disease and dementia under the care of an attending physician. Maintain a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation in good working condition. Wear seat belts at all times and drive safely in all weather conditions. Currently licensed as an SLP in the State of Employment.
Required Qualifications
