Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Based

Direct and administer speech therapy using techniques to assist in the rehabilitation of individuals with functional disabilities of speech, language, voice, and swallowing. Review medical records, test, and evaluate clients, then develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient therapy plans. Coordinate therapy modifications with the Director of Clinical Services and the client's physician while routinely reviewing pertinent medical data to determine therapy effectiveness. Assess speech, language, articulation, and voice disorders; document comprehensive evaluation reports summarizing tests, results, and diagnoses. Report and record assessments, interventions, and patient changes according to physician orders and company policies. Investigate and take appropriate actions on client or employee concerns. Requires a Master's degree in Speech Therapy, one year of experience, and current state licensure. Full-time position with travel as needed.
