Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Based

Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s degree with field experience; CCC certification and CPR required or will be obtained within 30 days of hire. Employed by Encompass Health, a national inpatient rehabilitation leader, delivering speech-language pathology services with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
