Job Summary
Evaluates, assesses, and administers personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifies issues and modifies speech therapy treatment as necessary; tracks and documents patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; requires state licensure/certification and CCC, with CPR due within 30 days of hire; Master's degree preferred (or Bachelor's with field experience); home-based role within the Encompass Health system’s inpatient rehabilitation framework in Bismarck, ND.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
