Job Summary
Provide assessment, evaluation, and treatment for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; develop and administer personalized treatment plans; document patient progress and response to treatment; utilize CCC-credentialed SLP expertise to support communication outcomes in a home-based setting within a national inpatient rehabilitation leader; requires state licensure/certification, CCC, CPR, and a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with field experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
