Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Based

Job Summary
Deliver speech-language pathology services to patients in a home-based/inpatient rehabilitation context. Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language needs; identify issues and modify therapy as necessary; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrate patient victories while working within a nationally recognized rehabilitation setting. Requires current state licensure or certification, CCC (ASHA) credential, CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days), and typically a Master’s degree (or BA with relevant experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
