Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language therapy treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs in a home-based role within a national inpatient rehabilitation leader. Ensure accurate documentation of patient performance and progress, adapt therapy as needed, and contribute to patient-centered outcomes while adhering to licensure requirements, CCC-SLP certification, and CPR timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
