Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) providing home-based services in Louisville, KY. Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient progress and response to treatment; contribute to patient outcomes through targeted therapeutic interventions and ongoing documentation. Requires current licensure or state certification, CCC, CPR (within 30 days of hire), and a Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with field experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
