Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Based

Job Summary
Evaluates, assesses, develops, and administers personalized speech-language therapy treatment plans for patients with communication disorders; identifies issues and modifies therapy as needed; tracks and documents patient progress and responses to treatment; provides patient-centered care in a home-based setting as part of Encompass Health's inpatient rehabilitation ecosystem. Requires state licensure/certification, CCC, CPR (or within 30 days of hire), and a master's degree preferred (or bachelor’s with field experience); maintains compliance with clinical standards and contributes to a collaborative care team.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
