Job Summary
Speech Pathologist to evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Role involves delivering comprehensive speech therapy services, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and utilizing clinical competencies to support patient communication and swallowing needs. Requires CCC and state licensure, CPR eligibility, and a Master's degree (or Bachelor's with relevant experience). Responsibilities include documenting progress and celebrating patient improvements using advanced equipment and evidence-based practices in a national inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
