Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs. Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrate patient victories as part of ongoing care. Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with field experience); current licensure/CCC and CPR within 30 days are required. Home-based role within Encompass Health’s national inpatient rehabilitation system."
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
