Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Home Based role with Encompass Health. Responsibilities include evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech and language therapy treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed; tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Requires current licensure or certification, CCC, CPR (or obtain within 30 days), and a Master’s degree preferred (Bachelor’s with field experience acceptable). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
