Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Based

Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language pathology treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues and modify therapy as necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care as part of Encompass Health’s national inpatient rehabilitation team in the Cincinnati area. Qualifications include state licensure/certification, CCC, CPR (or within 30 days), and a Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with field experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.
