Job Summary
Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech-language pathology treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs in home-based settings. Identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed, while tracking and documenting patient progress and response to treatment. CPR certified or obtained within 30 days of hire; licensure/certification required by state regulations; CCC-SLP preferred (Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
