Job Summary
Provide speech and language rehabilitation to patients in a home-based setting. Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient progress and response to treatment. Requires state licensure or certification, CCC, CPR (within 30 days of hire); Master's degree preferred (or Bachelor's with field experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
