Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Based

Job Summary
Evaluates, assesses, develops, and administers personalized speech-language therapy treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identifies issues and modifies speech therapy treatment as necessary, and tracks and documents patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Requires current state licensure/certification, CCC, CPR (within 30 days of hire), and prefers a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with field experience). Home-based role with opportunities across a nationwide rehabilitation leader, delivering compassionate care and utilizing advanced therapy technologies; responsibilities include documenting patient progress and delivering evidence-based therapy to improve communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
