Job Summary
Evaluates, assesses, develops, and administers personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifies issues and modifies therapy as needed; tracks and documents patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Requires SLP CCC, state licensure/certification, CPR eligibility within 30 days, and a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with field experience); positions include benefits such as health plans, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), and opportunities for professional growth. Home-based role based in Boston, MA with national inpatient rehabilitation leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
