Job Summary
Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifying issues and modifying therapy as necessary; tracking, documenting, and communicating patient progress and response to treatment; providing speech-language pathology services in a home-based setting as part of a national inpatient rehabilitation leader; collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
