Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Based role evaluating, assessing, and treating patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; developing and administering personalized treatment plans; documenting patient progress and outcomes. Requires CCC certification, state licensure/certification, CPR either at hire or within 30 days, and a Master’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s with field experience. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
