Job Summary
Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech-language pathology treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs in a home-based/home-visiting setting; identify issues, modify therapy as needed, and track/document patient progress and response to treatment; works within Encompass Health, a national inpatient rehabilitation leader, delivering compassionate care and utilizing evidence-based practices; requires state licensure/certification, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and typically a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with relevant experience); role supports growth opportunities and benefits including tuition reimbursement and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
