Job Summary
Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech-language pathology treatment plans for patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Identify issues and modify speech therapy strategies as needed; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrate patient victories and contribute to a collaborative care environment. Requires state-appropriate licensure/certification, CCC (Speech-Language Pathology Certification), CPR by hire or within 30 days, and typically a Master's degree (or Bachelor's with relevant experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
