Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues, modify therapy as needed, and track/document patient performance and progress to support outcomes in a large national rehabilitation company. Requires CCC and state licensure, CPR (or within 30 days of hire), and advanced degree credentials; role emphasizes patient-centered therapy, documentation, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
