Job Summary
Speech Pathologist home-based role evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary; tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; opportunities for professional growth within a nationwide rehabilitation leader; requires state licensure and CCC, CPR certification, and typically a Master’s degree (preferred) with field experience; benefits include health plans, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, retirement plans, and ongoing education.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
