Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) providing home-based speech and language therapy services. Responsibilities include evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed; tracking and documenting patient performance and response to treatment; and contributing to patient progress toward communication goals. Requires state licensure or certification, CCC certification, and CPR either currently or within 30 days of hire. Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with relevant field experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.
