Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech and language treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment if necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Join a national inpatient rehabilitation leader and contribute to a collaborative team dedicated to improving patients’ communication abilities in a home-based therapy setting. Requires state licensure or certification, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and typically a Master’s degree or Bachelor's with field experience; opportunities for professional growth and ongoing education are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.
