Job Summary
Provide speech-language pathology services for patients in a home-based setting with responsibilities including evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans; identify issues, modify therapy as needed, and document patient progress and response to treatment. Requires active state licensure or certification, CCC, CPR within 30 days of hire, and a Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with applicable experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
