Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Based position at Encompass Health. Evaluates, assesses, develops, and administers personalized speech and language treatment plans for patients with communication needs; identifies issues and modifies therapy as necessary; tracks and documents patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; delivers care in a home-based setting near Miami, FL. Requires current state licensure or certification, CCC, CPR (within 30 days if not already), and a Master’s degree is preferred (or a Bachelor’s with relevant field experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
