Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized speech-language rehabilitation plans for patients; identify speech and language issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient progress and responses to treatment; contribute to a supportive, patient-centered environment as part of Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation team; role positioned in a home-based setting with opportunities for growth within a nationwide rehabilitation leader.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
