Job Summary
Deliver evidence-based speech and language pathology services for patients in a home-based setting. Responsibilities include evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed; tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; contributing to a supportive, patient-centered care environment and leveraging knowledge to improve communication outcomes. Qualifications emphasize licensure or certification, CCC, CPR readiness, and a Master's degree (preferred) to support high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
