Job Summary
Speech Pathologist to evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary; track and document patient performance, progress, and responses to treatment; deliver compassionate care in a home-based setting for Encompass Health, a leading national rehabilitation company. Requires state licensure or certification, CCC certification, and CPR within 30 days of hire. Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
