Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, and administer personalized speech and language therapy plans for home-based patients, identify issues, modify treatment as needed, track and document patient progress, and celebrate patient victories while delivering compassionate, outcome-driven care in a home-health setting. Must hold state licensure and CCC, with CPR either current or obtainable within 30 days; Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with relevant field experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
