Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Based

Job Summary
Provide evaluation, assessment, development, and administration of personalized speech-language therapy treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Maintain patient progress records and deliver compassionate care to support communication outcomes. Requires current licensure or certification, CCC, and CPR (or 30 days post-hire); Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
