Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech-language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients; identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed; tracking and documenting patient progress and responses to treatment. Home-based SLP role with opportunities in a nationwide rehabilitation leader; licensure/CCC required; CPR certification within 30 days; Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with field experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
