Job Summary
Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary; tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; providing therapy within a national inpatient rehabilitation setting for a Speech Pathologist (SLP) role, with licensure/CCC requirements and CPR timing expectations; Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with field experience); benefits include health plans, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, and ongoing professional growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.
