Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech and language treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Deliver therapy in an inpatient rehabilitation setting at Encompass Health, a national leader in post-acute care. Qualifications include current licensure or certification by state regulations, CCC, CPR (or within 30 days of hire), and a Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with field experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
