Job Summary
Evaluates, assesses, develops, and administers personalized speech and language treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifies issues and adjusts therapy as needed; tracks and documents patient progress and response to treatment; supports a home-based therapy role within Encompass Health's national rehabilitation framework; provides therapy to individuals to overcome speech and communication challenges using up-to-date technology and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
