Job Summary
Evaluates, assesses, develops, and administers personalized speech-language treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs in a home-based setting; identifies issues and modifies therapy as needed; tracks and documents patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrates patient victories while delivering compassionate care using up-to-date therapy techniques and resources.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
