Job Summary
Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech-language treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary; tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; documenting outcomes to support ongoing patient care. Requires current state licensure or certification, CCC certification, CPR within 30 days, and a Master’s degree (preferred) or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience. Experienced clinicians will contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered rehabilitation environment at a national inpatient rehabilitation leader.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CCC Certification (Certification of Clinical Competence)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
