Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Based

Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist performs evaluation, development, and administration of personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifies issues and modifies speech therapy treatment as necessary; tracks and documents patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrates patient victories. Required: state licensure or certification, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and preferred Master’s degree (or Bachelor's with field experience). The role is described as home-based with opportunities across Encompass Health’s national rehabilitation care framework.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
